〔編譯周虹汶／綜合報導〕嗜吃甜食的科學家和巧克力迷有福了！英國劍橋大學正尋找巧克力專家，凡曾於大學4年主修科學領域或同等學力，且具備良好數學能力者，皆可提出申請；獲選者不僅可盡情享受香濃巧克力，更可榮獲劍橋大學頒發的「巧克力博士」榮銜！

劍橋大學化學工程與生物技術學系的這項計畫，旨在研究「耐熱巧克力的基本原理」，企圖了解如何讓融點接近人體溫度的巧克力，在儲存與販售環境的溫暖溫度下，仍能保持固態並維持品質，以達到消費者滿意標準。有意報名者必須在本月29日前提出申請。
