太陽能族群好不容易走出美國雙反陰霾，今天再度受到歐洲擬對中國輸歐太陽能產品，以及協助中國規避限量限價的幫兇國，展開反規避調查，台灣因未被列入清查範圍，導致今天太陽能族群再度重挫，表現相對弱勢。
 
受到美國雙反效應影響，國內太陽能廠商7月業績普遍下滑，隨著歐盟可能跟進對台廠進行國際貿易制裁，讓業者營運雪上加霜，恐造成下半年營運大幅衰退，今天包括上游的碩禾（3691）、下游的新日光（3576）、昇陽科（3561）、昱晶（3514）等全面重挫跌停。（陳建彰／台北報導）
