蘋果 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/local/20140818/453711/ 一名63歲翁姓男子名下一輛韓國雙龍廠牌轎車開了14年，市價僅約7、8萬元， 竟將車輛保險桿、水箱罩、4個輪胎及引擎上的廠牌標誌， 變造為賓士零件及標誌，今年1月5日向鄭姓友人誆稱：「我的賓士車很少開， 性能好，我們是好兄弟，比親人還親，我半買半送給你。」 鄭男以為賺到，同意以28萬元買下「賓士車」，不料上路後車子不斷拋錨， 送修又發現變速箱等零件到處漏油，水箱也漏水須每天加水， 甚至2天不開就沒電，鄭男找翁男理論，翁男不願負保固責任，也拒付賠償。 鄭男原本想自認倒楣，沒想到為「賓士車」投保時， 才被告知車子竟是「雙龍牌」，他不滿被「好兄弟」欺騙，憤而提告。 台中地檢署今依詐欺罪將翁男起訴。 == 都63歲了...連多年好友也要騙... 不過買二手車前好歹也去了解一下要買的車型號有沒有什麼問題阿 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 211.72.224.66 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1408355434.A.F7E.html ※ 編輯: rpg (211.72.224.66), 08/18/2014 17:51:43
