李家同談青年就業　「學生能生存就贏了」

清大孫運璿榮譽講座教授李家同，昨在新北市府為替代役男和市府員工演講，他認為有錢人應該要照顧弱勢、學生能自我學習成長才不會被淘汰。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，李家同指出，很多企業「請2個人做3個人的工作」，好人才每天加班，過幾年就會變成很差的人才，因為沒有時間學新的東西，最後員工被淘汰，公司都會垮掉，但很多領導人物卻不了解這件事情的嚴重性。他也說，大學並沒有義務要符合企業的需求，大學只要將學生基本能力搞好，學生能生存，就贏了。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
