富商撕票案 兩嫌拒夜訊

偵辦台中富商撕票案的檢警專案小組昨天迅速逮捕到林志維、鄭靖達2名共犯，兩人拒絕夜間訊問，檢警今天上午持續訊問，釐清犯案細節。

警方昨天在屏東縣鹽埔鄉逮捕31歲的林志維，隨後在中山高速公路南下西螺休息站捕獲另一名共犯鄭靖達，2名嫌犯承認參與策畫綁票，但否認撕票殺人。

警方初步清查兩人都沒有前科，對於兩人在綁票案中扮演的角色及涉案程度，展開調查。

至於潛逃泰國的主嫌謝源信，警方說，透過刑事警察局已連絡泰國警方協助查緝。
