富商撕票案 警方：三人犯案

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中26日電）台中市富商遭綁撕票案，謝姓司機逃亡泰國，警方逮捕2共犯，依目前跡證研判，僅3人參與犯案，謝男為主嫌，動機是勒贖。

中市施姓富商18日遭謝姓司機與同夥擄走，勒贖新台幣5000萬元，家屬匯款3000萬元，謝姓司機未成功轉匯贖金，即逃亡泰國，警方24日發現富商遺體，昨天逮捕林姓及鄭姓2名共犯。

施姓富商早年經營電玩，後轉做房地產及賣場生意，資金雄厚。謝姓司機擔任專屬司機已4、5年之久，頗受信任，犯案手法緊湊，謝男等人殺人棄屍，未取得贖款匆忙逃亡泰國，全案頗多疑點。

外傳全案有幕後藏鏡人、全案意在殺人並非取款，並傳出涉案不只3人，謝男17日外出購買4個便當及4杯飲料帶入汽車旅館內，懷疑另有共犯在逃。

警方今天澄清，查訪便當店，並調閱監視影像調查，當時謝男應是購買3個便當，而飲料則是林男及鄭男各喝2杯。1030826
