LED上游晶片龍頭廠晶電1日召開臨時股東會，董事長李秉傑對下半年產業景氣釋出保守訊息，認為晶電今年高峰已落在7月，衝擊今天早盤股價一度跌停。

需求不如預期，加上客戶重覆下單，晶電今天股價在利空訊息衝擊下，開低走低，早盤股價一度來到59.6元跌停價，60元關卡失守，量能明顯放大，跌停低接買盤不弱，能否守住60元關卡為信心觀察指標。

晶電與璨圓1日分別召開臨時股東會，討論兩家公司合併案，會後李秉傑丟出產業震憾彈，他表示，由於客戶之前有overbooking現象，LED背光及LED照明二大產品線客戶均將進入庫存消化期，如果沒有驚奇，7月就已見到今年高點。

他指出，現在看到客戶庫存有些高，預計第3季消化庫存，其中LED照明的問題甚至比LED背光大。

依照晶電狀況觀察，李秉傑表示，晶電第1季產能利用率約在60%，第2季需求強勁，供需已有點平衡，產能拉到滿載，但在8月見到翻轉，9月產能利用率已無法滿載，估計第3季產能利用率開始下滑，第4季產能利用率將較顯著下滑，但不會比第1季差。

整體觀察，晶電營運第2季已見到高峰，下半年進入產業淡季，營運呈現逐季走淡趨勢。(中央社)
