機械車位不夠高想拿掉行李架

開現代MATRIX，車高168，量測地板到車子頂高約160~161(不含行李架)
機械車位限高160，但實際量測有165的高度，
所以想要把行李架拿掉，這樣感覺就進的去了，
但行李架拿掉會有舊的螺絲孔，再想該怎麼處理，
有人遇過這樣的事嗎?

然後行李架打開外殼看到螺絲柱是往上長的，然後在用螺母去往下鎖附，
這樣感覺拿掉行李架，還是會有螺絲的高度存在，不知螺絲是否可以拿掉，
如果可以拿掉的話，目前想到的方式是，拿掉行李架後，
買市面上的卡磞貼紙，貼個兩層，不知道可不可以防水跑進去
