有2名男子合力開設外勞仲介公司，卻專門鎖定逾期居留或逃逸的女外勞。他們吃定這些女外勞害怕被遣返回國的弱點，不但洗劫財物還輪流性侵對方，之後再賣到私娼寮。檢警調查至少有3女受害，日前法院將這2人分別依加重強制性交罪等多項罪名，各判處22年和20年有期徒刑，全案定讞。

判決內容指出，同為32歲的A男和B男，曾合開人力仲介公司，專門媒介女外勞工作。但根據《蘋果日報》報導，2012年1月，A男開車帶1女外勞外出，卻在途中在車內向對方求歡，對方拒絕，他竟憤而載對方到宜蘭一處偏僻郊區銬在樹上，再要B男去接對方，B男到了之後，A男竟在後座性侵女外勞。

除此之外，同年底2人到新北市板橋區接另名女外勞要到宜蘭工作時，卻乘機開到摩鐵又輪流性侵，甚至還將對方賣到私娼寮。隔月2人又同夥搶另名被害人身上5萬多元的財物，法院認為2人惡行重大，因此予以重判22年和20年有期徒刑定讞。
