拔臼齒沒補牙　輕熟女變暴牙妹

蛀牙拔臼齒，輕熟女竟成暴牙妹！1名30多歲年輕媽媽，兒時撞斷上排2顆門牙後植假牙，但大臼齒蛀牙拔除後，卻沒有植牙填補，喪失咀嚼功能，進食只靠門牙和小臼齒咀嚼，導致牙齒咬合力量不均，上排門牙位移、下排門牙過度生長，一張開嘴就露出暴牙，讓她不敢與別人近距離交談，身心受創，後經齒列矯正才找回「笑容」。醫師觀察，近年來颳起醫美風，到牙科進行牙齒美白、齒列矯正的患者激增3成。
 
收治病例的開業牙科醫師羅金才表示，牙齒咬合力量是否平均，會影響咀嚼肌、臉型，近年來牙科患者對治療已跳脫傳統的口腔衛生、咀嚼功能，追求牙齒美觀的民眾較醫美盛行前增約3成；他說，女子因大臼齒拔掉後沒植牙填補，影響咀嚼功能造成上排門牙過度磨耗、外翻，下排門牙過度生長將上排門牙不斷往外推，導致暴牙。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
