〔自由時報記者鍾智凱／台北報導〕張克帆昨為醫美診所造勢，透露受白雲瘦身刺激，近來「進廠保養」，瘦了11公斤，甩開鮪魚肚，笑說回到當年紅孩兒的身形，要大家別再叫他「紅豬兒」。他減肥成功，未來想在中國發唱片，說中國觀眾對他印象不只是綜藝咖，因他在中國曾發7張唱片，似乎意圖轉型。台灣通告他也挑著上，太八卦或太LOW的敬謝不敏，但強調不會因變瘦而假掰不搞笑。

他與曾國城同造型師，有時搭配到同套服裝，頓時驚覺曾國城的SIZE好鬆！昨馬國賢也被拖下水，張克帆建議他「也該減了」，說自己瘦下來後神似五月天阿信，「離回舞台的日子不遠了。」
