潛規則害死女星 老闆賠74萬

（圖／NOWnews）（圖／NOWnews）2009年，南韓女星張紫妍上吊自殺，以死控訴她的經紀公司逼陪睡，掀開影劇圈的「潛規則」，昨天二審社長金承勳被判賠74萬撫慰金給家屬。

張的遺書中指自己被迫陪睡超過百次，還甚至被迫玩過多P，若反抗就遭暴力相待，際遇非常悲慘。她死後，雖然社長金承勳被訴，但今年初一審法院以當事人已身亡、無其他證人等理由，認為性招待指控證據不足，令南韓民眾群情激憤。

昨天二審判決出爐，法官認定張紫妍生前確實被迫陪酒，判金承勳賠償張的家屬2400萬韓幣（約台幣74萬）撫慰金，雖然張已逝，但也算還她一點遲來的公道。
