連靜雯14日出席保健食品活動，35歲的她不急著婚，甚至表示好姊妹邀她團購「集體凍卵」，但她不跟流行，講求隨緣，「與『那個人』自然發生才更美好，孩子才像是上天給的禮物。」認為女人要先將自己內外顧好，才能越活越回春。

連靜雯曾有「８點檔拼命三娘」稱號，換了新東家後，跨行與曾國城等人主持中視綜藝《萬秀大勝利》，現在有時間就看張小燕、陶晶瑩、小Ｓ等人的節目揣摩，仍在尋找自己的主持風格。

她笑說自己個性比較像男孩子，異性緣雖好，但忙於拍戲，感情空窗３、４年，加上個性有點宅，每次有人幫忙介紹，她都龜縮，笑說：「懶得認識新朋友！」但仍期待一見鍾情式的浪漫愛情。
