涉嫌重大有串證之虞 彰檢聲押魏應充

彰化地檢署今晚傳訊頂新集團三董魏應充（右），檢方認為魏應充涉嫌重大、有串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。

彰化地檢署今晚傳訊味全、頂新製油公司前董事長魏應充和屏東廠廠長曾啟明，由二名主任檢察官林漢強、林彥良和檢察官施教文等三人「三堂會審」魏應充，檢方拿出已扣押的證據，步步進逼訊問「證據都在此，你還要否認嗎?」，問得魏應充一時間答不出話，但他仍否認知道進口商楊振益進口的是飼料油，檢方認為魏應充、曾啟明二人避重就輕、涉嫌重大、有串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。
