【Dr說】小男生轉大人　鬍子能剪不能刮？

很多小男生在轉大人的時侯，家人會提醒鬍子用剪的就好，若用刮鬍刀刮，鬍子會變粗，醫師說，鬍子、頭髮等都是由毛囊長出，越靠近毛囊的毛髮會較粗，毛髮末端則會較細，這無關乎用什麼工具去剪或刮。
 
台北長庚醫院皮膚科主治醫師黃毓惠表示，刮鬍子時，依個人習慣不同，可使用刮鬍液或刮鬍泡，並順著鬍子的生長方向刮除，如此可避免刮傷皮膚；若逆向刮除，恐會造成鬍子倒長、阻塞毛囊，增加罹患毛囊炎、蜂窩性組織炎等風險。
