嘉義縣東石鄉農會以有機杏鮑菇產品在市場闖出名號，農會今天推出幸福百菇養生穀粉發表暨品嚐會，邀請縣長張花冠代言。

嘉義縣沿海鄉鎮東石鄉，因受地理環境影響，作物受到強烈海風及高鹽分侵蝕，栽培及種類受限，東石鄉農會於94年起利用閒置倉庫，以溫控室栽培杏鮑菇，經多年研發改良與創新，陸續開發杏鮑菇貢丸等相關產品，且在去年通過有機認證。

張花冠上午應邀擔任幸福菇菇產品代言人，她說，東石的杏鮑菇產品種類多，不只是煮的杏鮑菇，還可以做成零嘴和養生食材，產品有杏福養生粉、杏福支仔冰、杏鮑菇脆片、杏福養生滷味，結合現代人養生保健觀念，讓嘉義縣的農業吃出不同的「杏」福。

東石鄉農會指出，幸福百菇養生穀粉原料有綜合菇類、非基改玉米、糙米和燕麥片等嚴選食材，委託生技公司產製，安全可靠，絕對是上班族和中老年人養生保健聖品。(中央社)
