說巧不巧手機使用2年多，當初花了一萬多塊買支手機，就這樣無撥打電話與接聽電話。
送去維修檢查竟說這是機板問題，不在保固內竟報價６～７千。
我問這是人為因素嗎？也不是。
他們也承認是品質問題。
沒想到一支手機的壽命只有２～３年。
做手機的公司連最基本的收發話功能品質都做不到，還要繼續經營嗎？
將心比心，今天這件事發生在各位網友身上不知道有何感想。
難道就只能默默的接受這事情嗎?
有人有遇到這樣事情嗎?該如何維護消費者權益呢!?
