請問HTC M8的手機不小心把自拍的相簿整個刪除了,可以救的回來嗎??

另請問為什麼"相片集"的檔案內有"相機相簿"跟"自拍相簿"
但二個檔案內的照片是重覆的?
所以才想說把"自拍相簿"刪掉(怕占記憶容量)
結果連"相機相簿"內的照片也一起不見了??
