Youth敦南店無法解決的一個螺絲釘的問題

我在2014.12.14下午送去Youth敦南店處理2012年MacBook Pro的13"的Fusion Drive，服務人員來電說因為光碟的螺絲無法拆下來(我從來不會DIY，所以那螺絲也不是我鎖上的)，也沒有任何的方法可以解決...不知道除了敦南店之外，哪一個分店有能力解決。看樣子，連RAM要換裝，也要找別的分店了。
