大葉大學人資公關系配合校慶，行銷喜樂保育院的水餃，希望透過水餃行銷，讓理論與實務結合，學習到實務經驗。喜樂保育院林玉嫦院長則表示，喜樂水餃坊的開設目的，是為了提供身障者就業機會，感謝大葉大學的水餃節行銷活動，讓喜樂憨兒擁有一份穏定的工作，創新有趣的水餃節行銷活動，也是給喜樂憨兒最大的支持與鼓勵。
