標題[問題] np戶最晚何時要辦全能平板？？

請教明年一月四號是指要辦完全能平板，且轉換為4g完畢嗎？如果是台灣大門號 仍有約在身，那麼幾號前去辦才會比較保險呢？ 非常謝謝大家 --
