午休時間小酌跨上機車被活逮

27歲洪姓男子今天中午趁著吃飯休息時間，與朋友在台北市中華路附近的一間路邊攤吃飯喝酒，當時正巧員警在附近巡邏，見到他拿起一罐啤酒猛灌後，隨即離開跨坐上機車離去。員警上前追下攔查，酒測後發現酒測值達0.35毫克，將他依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
