大家好，小弟iphone某天充電的時候充電線突然燒焦，手機是去電信行買的,爬文說線材 有保固，但是剛剛去apple維修據點問,店員說外觀有損毀而且電線商綁的手機不保固，請 問這種狀況該怎麼處理，謝謝！ http://i.imgur.com/1Rj5GyP.jpg
