政院擬修法 警察精神疾病應辦退休

過去，時有發生員警因憂鬱症等精神狀況，舉槍自殺的事件。考量警察勤務常處於高壓力、高風險，若身心狀況不佳仍佩槍執勤，會危及民眾。行政院會上午通過警察人員人事條例部分條文修正草案。草案規定，警察官罹患精神疾病或身心狀況違常，經主管機關委請兩位以上醫師諮詢，被認定不能勝任職務，必須辦理退休或資遣。同時，草案也通過，警察官與行政人員年資考績得相互採計。
