捷波資訊暴內線 檢調約談5人

上櫃公司「捷波資訊」疑似涉及內線交易行為，今天遭到檢調單位搜索。台北地檢署上午指揮台北市調查處，兵分十路搜索捷波資訊等地，除查扣相關證據資料外，同時約談楊姓負責人共五人到案，以釐清案情。

專門生產主機板、電腦周邊商品的股票上櫃公司「捷波資訊」前年業績下滑，年度虧損上億元，但檢調單位卻接獲檢舉，指捷波資訊在公布這項利空消息前，有內部高層為規避損失，竟提前出脫手中持股，涉嫌違反證券交易法中的內線交易罪嫌。台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信表示，檢調單位蒐證後，二十號持搜索票搜索捷波資訊等相關地點。

檢方表示，初步清查，楊姓負責人出脫手中數百張持股，規避損失上百萬元，其他員工規避數十萬元不等，為了釐清疑點與案情，檢調單位除了查扣相關資料外，還傳喚楊姓負責人共五名嫌疑人到案說明。
