店名：七見櫻堂 地址：台北市大安區泰順街2-1號 電話：02-2364-5593 營業時間：周一至周日AM11:30—PM10:00 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 無音樂圖文網誌版 http://anniething.pixnet.net/blog/post/41006497 這次收到了七件櫻堂的母親節蛋糕試吃體驗，一開始收到信件時有先上官網看了一下這次 的母親節新款 其中一款最吸引我的就是櫻花馬卡龍撫子茶宴 這款蛋糕的組成完全都是我所愛的，抹茶杏仁蛋糕、生巧克力甘那許、抹茶幕斯、，還有 打中我心的櫻花馬卡龍 很幸運地剛好這次所收到的試吃商品也是這款蛋糕 某天回家看到包裝精美的蛋糕盒，迫不及待立馬拆開來 打開蛋糕盒所見到彷若藝術品般的蛋糕本人(? 老實說第一個吸引到我目光的是上頭那顆馬卡龍，對於馬卡龍控而言絕對難以忽視它 因為是剛宅配到家，所以蛋糕體還有點硬，趁這個時候先切片起來，等溫度稍微回溫後再 來享用 這款蛋糕的層次很豐富，以抹茶口味為基底，加上了巧克力甘納許，兩者的甜度皆不會太 高 抹茶慕斯所帶來的抹茶味蠻濃厚，抹茶杏仁蛋糕的部分濕潤度也剛好 因為甜度有調整過，所以整體來說還蠻適合長輩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.80.61.88 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1397808897.A.89E.html
