求各位大大幫忙想解決之道
8/3被敲牆的聲音吵醒
後來居然發現
隔壁建案的工人在拔除釘在我們家牆上的釘子
那時才發現我們家的牆
不知那時候已經被他們釘了好幾十隻釘子
那個建案正確位置在我們房子的左後方
我們隔壁也是房子
如果沒有爬到頂樓往下左後方看
根本就不會發現
發現的時後超火的
工地負責人說
會拔除鐵釘再填入水泥再塗一層防水
小妹想請教各位大大
1. 他說的方法可行嗎
之後會有漏水的風險嗎
2. 他未經我們同意自行在我們家的房子打釘
有什麼法律途徑可以控告他嗎
辛辛苦苦還在繳貸款的房子被這樣惡搞
求解
