操弄市場 巴西富豪遭起訴

美聯社24日報導，巴西檢察官辦公室發表聲明指出，富豪巴提斯塔（

Eike Batista）與他創辦的石油企業OGX Petroleo & Natural Gas

Participacoes的七名前負責人，被以利用不實產能潛力欺騙投資人

的罪名起訴。檢察官說，巴提斯塔等人操弄市場的行為，造成當時股

市損失60多億美元。
