殺女友外婆 判無期徒刑

高姓男子不滿陳姓女友與他分手，去年12月10日到女方住處欲談判，只有女友78歲的外婆在家，高在屋內看見女友與新男友的情書和合照，怒火中燒，起了控制女友祖母沈女的念頭，因沈女掙扎叫喊，高掐住對方脖子，卻將其勒斃，地院依殺人罪判高男無期徒刑。

法官認為高手段兇殘，有與社會隔離的必要。雖死者家屬要求法官判處死刑，但因高無前科且僅27歲，法官認為，讓他長期服刑，可反思自身過錯，也可透過在監勞動方式，賺取報酬補償家屬所受損害和精神痛苦，因此判他無期徒刑。
