保險絲燒毀　核二廠1號機上月圍阻體曾關閉

原能會今發布核二廠1號機異常事件報告，上月2日下午3時50分，核二廠1號機圍阻體隔離系統包括正常冷凍水、廢液系統、消防系統、廠用空氣系統等14只圍阻體隔離閥自動關閉，清查發現是控制迴路保險絲燒毀，當日晚間8時30分前已完成更換並陸續恢復正常。
 
原能會報告指出，圍阻體隔離閥自動關閉期間，主蒸汽隧道區域溫度因其空調系統之冷卻凍水系統隔離而持續上升，但電廠人員隨即手動開啟閥門。經查本次事件為隔離系統因控制迴路元件故障而誤動作，屬國際核能事件分級制度（INES）之0級事件，無安全顧慮；事件發生後，電廠也以電話通報原能會，並成立設計修改案，以免再次發生。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
