標題[請益] 新鮮人工作方向

版上的各位大大你們好， 本人今年電機碩士剛畢業沒多久， 目前正在找第一份工作， 不過對於職位上有點疑惑與不解， 所以想請教大家。 第一份工作是RD好？還是APR好？ 我所聽到大部分的人都覺得第一份工作找RD會比較好， 因為對於未來（或轉職）的發展性較高， 不過對於做APR的聲音好像就比較少了。 隨著製程的演進， 我想後端設計的重要性應該也將會越來重要， 而且怎麼覺得APR的缺也是很多， 但身邊目前有做APR的朋友實在很少， 所以有點難以判別APR的優缺點… 我想無論做RD還是APR，在工時上都是很長的， 我認為很多時候APR的時間會很容易被前端設計者給壓縮到， 因此做後端設計的時間壓力會比前端來的大， 不知道是不是真是如此？ 由於目前沒有對哪一種有特別明確的偏好， 所以才會對職位的選擇很猶豫， 想考慮可以做五年以上還有其發展性來考量， 懇請前輩們可以給予一些建議，謝謝！ 手機排版若有點亂還請見諒！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.75.70.15 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1412666954.A.70D.html ※ 編輯: virgo00488 (42.75.70.15), 10/07/2014 15:31:59
