鐵路高架是噪音變大還是變小呢???

以高雄捷運高架部份與台鐵平面為例..

高架旁路面及1,2F的確會比在平面安靜.

但3F以上就非常吵了~

你朋友的5F保證無法安靜.不管是否有裝氣密窗與否~
