搶攻健康年菜商機，國內最大蔬食連鎖品牌「寬心園」，今年推出以新鮮優質蔬菜及珍貴菇類作為主軸的年菜，有別於一般傳統的大魚大肉，標榜吃得健康又養生，限量1000套的年菜推出2週熱銷已破6成。

寬心園董事長黃瓊瑩表示，食安風暴後，國內消費者越來越重視健康養生，也帶動寬心園快速拓點，目前全台已有13家分店，第14家位於新竹市中華路的分店預訂於2月開幕。寬心園於去年下半年更代表台灣餐飲業，先後兩次到美國紐約參與國際行銷台灣寶島及台灣餐飲美食的活動，大幅提升台灣健康美食的國際能見度。

黃瓊瑩指出，為了讓大家吃得安心，今年寬心年菜有別以往，捨棄所有素料，而選用新鮮優質的蔬菜及珍貴菇類作為年菜主軸，在年菜的製作上，複雜度與精緻度也比往年更為提升，並增加多道手工創意料理，例如以栗子，鳳眼果，腰果及無花果等搭配中藥熬煮的蔬食佛跳牆等，年菜限量1000套，目前預約已超過六成。自即日起至2月8日的預購日之前，原價4800元的四菜一湯年菜套組持寬心卡訂購優惠4200元。
