最高法院法官車禍 和解不起訴

最高法院法官李彥文4月10日傍晚下班開車回家，行經敦化南路快車道時，一輛機車從人行道衝進快車道，李閃避不及撞上，導致50多歲的機車騎士一度病危，李被控過失傷害罪嫌。雙方事後達成和解，台北地檢署處分李不起訴。
