彭博報導，俄羅斯盧布貶至6個月低點，俄股Micex指數也走軟，在美國表示俄國可能指示烏克蘭叛軍的攻擊行動後，市場憂心俄羅斯恐面臨新制裁。

俄盧布挫貶1.6%，來到36.7605盧布兌1美元，創下3月3日俄國總統蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）開始入侵烏克蘭克里米亞地區以來最低水準。台北時間晚間6時48分，俄股Micex指數挫跌1.7%，報1423.90，改寫6日以來最大跌幅。以盧布計價，2027年2月到期債券殖利率上揚26個基點，來到9.59%。

美國國務院發言人莎琪（Jen Psaki）表示，新一波戰事顯示俄羅斯指揮烏克蘭東部叛軍的反撲，遏止俄國資產1個月來的漲勢。而在蒲亭和烏克蘭總統會面，並讚揚雙方會談是朝政治解決更邁前一步後的1天，烏克蘭衝突擴大。

莫斯科AnkorInvest LLC基金經理人瓦克拉米夫（Sergey Vakhrameev）表示，「跌的理由只有一個，就是烏克蘭。」「俄國被控協助叛軍，對市場投資人來說，這代表被制裁風險升高。而在一段時間的強勁漲勢後，現在是脫手良機。」（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1030828
