三年前買crv,當時車主買媽媽的名字 連保險也是 最近媽媽希望能把車子過戶回來給我 於是查了一下需要過戶的資料 必須要先把強制險的名字改成我的才能辦理 保險公司告知我強制險跟任意險的名字必須一致 所以要我再補繳將近5000元的保費才可以轉移保險 想確認: 強制險跟任意險是聯動的,一定要同人嗎? 我本來以為可以只有強制險換成我的名字 而任意險買家母名字但是因為直系親屬我依舊有保障 謝謝指教! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.8.81.242 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1409240336.A.FDD.html
