Samsung 超越 Apple，成消費者最滿意智慧型手機品牌

昨天才說過 Apple 稱霸過去的聖誕購物旺季，但累積一年以來，最能讓消費者滿意的卻是他的對手 - Samsung。在每年訪問 70,000 名消費者的美國消費者滿意指數（ACSI）調查中， Samsung 得到 81 分，以 2 分之微勝過 Apple。而對比去年，Samsung 更是從 76 分上升至本年的成績；相反，Apple 則是退步了。雖然我們不能斷定這進步是原因是因為 Samsung 自己的努力還是因為 Android 的改進，但調查的結果就是如此。不過他們仍然需要正視銷量下降的事實啊。其實這調查結果也不是沒有預兆，因為在去年年中的同類調查也發現了這勢頭。在 2013 年的 ACSI 統計中，雖然 Apple 當時仍以 5 分壓過 Samsung，但差距已經縮小很多。在本年的 J.D. Power 滿意調查中也是出現類似結果，Apple 的領先位置已經開始岌岌可危。這次的結果，可能是代表了當地的消費者其實不太喜歡 Apple 把 iPhone 6 和 iPhone 6 Plus 造的那麼大。綜合幾個調查結果以後，不知道來年的 iPhone 還會不會繼續放大呢？
