Iphone 6 64G 金色僅使用一天發生藍屏紅屏當機

請問各位大大,

小弟新購了一支Iphone6 64G 金色, 1/1開箱使用, 1/2中午就在使用過程中發生突然跳藍屏與紅屏, 接著就無法再順利關機或是重開機, 強制關機嘗試了多次後才成功重啟。

接著就送去了光華 Youth 報修, 才使用一天就發生此狀況....而Youth的維修人員表示此為主機板的問題, 建議就直接送修, 否則未來發生機率一樣很高。

接著, 小弟最重要的是想詢問, 維修人員表示送修後會拿到的是全新機, 而不是良品整新機, 請我放心權益問題....這有可能是真的嗎？還是定義的問題而已？

因為他並沒有跟我拿回手機的包裝盒或是配件之類。
