假期最後1天雪隧現車潮　午後高乘載管制

元旦假期一共有4天，出遊和返鄉的車潮增多，今天連續假期最後1天，許多駕駛人準備返回工作崗位，國道車流量也增加。其中國道5號宜蘭北上往台北方向在中午車潮湧現車輛流回堵，預估下午2點車流量會進入高峰期，為了減少車流量，保持交通順暢，下午3點到晚上8點的這段時間，國道5號北上方向實施高乘載管制，小型車要坐滿3個人才能上路。（潘志偉／新北報導）
