小偷闖空門被抓包 稱「我才是屋主」

基隆市1名35歲慣竊張姓男子昨天傍晚闖入一間民宅行竊，未料蕭姓屋主不久後即返家，當場被抓包，蕭男馬上報警。員警到場後，張男竟裝瘋賣傻，辯稱「我才是屋主」，讓員警啼笑皆非，仍將張男逮捕，今天上午依竊盜及侵入住居罪嫌移送基隆地檢署偵辦。
