在新竹市某社區發展協會擔任委員的韋姓婦人，今天2月8日某日前往「北星福德宮」與管理委員會彭姓主委洽談借用廣場範圍時，因意見不合，竟在宮廟廣場咆哮，以「你有本事把褲子脫下來去圍這廣場」，彭姓主委認為韋婦損害他名譽，控告公然侮辱，新竹地院依公然侮辱罪，判她罰金3000元。
