當我們在整理電腦中的照片、影片與音樂檔時，如果希望能快速找出哪些資料夾用掉多少空間，看看要先從哪些比較佔空間的檔案或資料夾作處理的話，該怎麼快速找出最佔空間的資料夾或目錄呢？

類似的資料夾檢視工具其實很多，如之前介紹過的 GetFoldersize, WizTree 或直接在檔案總管顯示資料夾大小的「Folder Size」小工具。

另外，還有一套也是相當簡單、實用的免費軟體也叫「Folder Size」，我們可以透過這工具來快速顯示指定資料夾、子目錄的大小，用長條圖或樹狀圖等方式列出個資料夾佔用硬碟空間的狀況，方便我們快速找到要處理的檔案。

使用方法：

第1步  將 Folder Size 軟體下載回來、解壓縮後，直接在 「FolderSize.exe」 檔案按兩下滑鼠左鍵即可開始使用。

開啟 Folder Size 軟體主視窗之後，先按「Select Drive / Folder」按鈕選取你要檢測的資料夾。

第2步  選好之後按「Calculate Size」按鈕即可開始計算每個資料夾所佔用的空間，並在右邊視窗中以樹狀圖的方式顯示各資料夾、子資料夾所佔用的空間大小。

第3步  另外也可以點一下「Bar Graphs」分頁，以長條圖的方式顯示不同資料佔用硬碟空間的情況。
