一般PC電腦當機怎麼辦？強制重新開機的按鍵組合「Ctrl-Alt-Del」應該是每個人都知道的做法。

美國華盛頓當地時間周六(3日)晚上，白宮記者協會舉行晚宴，美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)在台上演說時輕鬆搞笑，他說自己2008年的招牌競選口號是「Yes, we can」，到2013年就變成了「Ctrl-Alt-Del」，讓電腦重新開機，自嘲去年底推出的醫保改革方案所遇到的難關：網站頻頻當機，並笑言自己民調低，連幼女薩沙找人演講，都寧願找前總統柯林頓(Bill Clinton)。

雖然民主、共和兩黨去年就醫改爭論不下，使得美國聯邦政府經歷17年來首次停擺，但歐巴馬仍堅決推出計劃網站《healthcare.gov》，可惜網站烏龍百出，不勝瀏覽負荷又存在被駭客入侵的風險，連歐巴馬昨晚在晚宴上，都嘲笑網站恍如卡通片《冰雪奇緣》(Frozen)般被「冷凍」。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
