英國茶專賣店的古典玫瑰園連鎖集團今天進駐中壢SOGO百貨，玫瑰雕塑主題牆、藍色鏡廳及英國瓷器店裝，讓人置身藝術長廊。

台灣最大的英國茶專賣店─古典玫瑰園連鎖集團，近幾年來積極拓展文創產業版圖！繼台中國美館、高雄打狗領事館文創園區開幕之後，中壢SOGO百貨獨家引進英式下午茶-古典玫瑰園進駐4樓都會流行館，打造中壢第一家藝術主題餐廳，讓顧客享受完購物樂趣後，能坐下來喝杯道地的英式下午茶。

古典玫瑰園是台灣最大的英國茶經營體系、英式下午茶領導品牌，創辦人黃騰輝也是著名玫瑰藝術家與企業家，黃騰輝強調，古典玫瑰園創立25年來，堅持最正統的英式下午茶點心，在餐點上精心規劃，展現了英國維多利亞傳統風格，主打威廉王子下午茶套餐。

副總經理倪中慧說，英式下午茶正確食用方式是由下而上，由鹹到甜；下層為經典英式三明治及主廚特製漢堡，美味飽實，清爽不油膩；中層是最道地傳統的蘇格蘭原味司康，搭配果醬和奶油享用，及搭配著脆皮焦糖的英式烤布蕾，每一口都是甜蜜的浪漫！上層則是琳瑯滿目的甜點組合。

她指出，不僅餐點道地，在搭配的器具上，更是不馬虎，他們特別使用了英國皇家御用骨瓷Aynsley，讓餐點呈現出華麗的視覺饗宴。(中央社)
