一場車禍，讓棒球好手吳岱霖半身不遂，人生跌到谷底，走不出大門；因為善心人士捐贈電動輪椅，讓他如同雙腳重生，展開新生活。

「輪旋曲」電動輪椅受贈感恩記者會，下午在花蓮文創園區舉行，20多名脊損人士坐著嶄新的電動輪椅出席表達感恩。

「輪旋曲‧為花蓮脊髓損傷者籌募電動輪椅計畫」出自花蓮更生日報社長謝立德和鳴石聖樂團負責人陳守實的推動和執行，透過樂團巡迴演出和向各界募款，近一年來，籌募到新台幣1014萬元。

謝立德表示，花蓮縣有數百名脊髓損傷者必須坐輪椅代步，由於花蓮的地形多坡地，只靠手推輪椅非常吃力；但電動輪椅市售價格約新台幣7萬5000元左右。政府雖提供部分補助，對弱勢身障者幫助有限。

謝立德說，希望能為花蓮縣脊髓損傷福利協進會籌募新台幣1200萬元，預估可以幫助400名脊損患者解決行的問題。從花東地區開始，若有餘力再擴及宜蘭。

陳守實指出，目前已購買25輛電動輪椅贈送給花蓮脊損人士，花東地區共審核53人都可以獲得全新的電動輪椅。

花蓮縣脊髓損傷福利協進會理事長彭儀珠表示，很多脊損朋友過去都不出門，每天在家裡只能面對電視；現在有了電動輪椅，出門買東西、辦事情，幫助很大。(中央社)
