iCloud Drive 變身雲端硬碟，任何檔案皆可自由上傳及下載

目前 iCloud 僅能給 Apple 本身的內部程式使用，並不開放讓使用者自行上傳檔案作為雲端硬碟，未來 iCloud Drive 成為雲端硬碟的儲存概念，不再限制使用者使用空間的權利，任何檔案都可自由上傳並且同步到你的所有裝置，包括 MAC 或 PC。

同步檔案簡單容易

iCloud Drive 的設計就如同 Dropbox 以資料夾的形式存在，和 iCloud 相同的是 Apple 仍會利用它來作為跨裝置之間的資料同步，不同的是使用者可以「打開」iCloud 資料夾上傳、刪除、新增、修改任何檔案，不再是封閉的雲端架構。

當你從 iCloud Drive 上開啟檔案後，每次儲存都會自動同步到雲端並與其他裝置同步，因此即使你在個人電腦編輯的文件存檔後忘記帶出門，依然可以從 iCloud Drive 中取得最後儲存的檔案。

iCloud 成為雲端硬碟後的應用

App Store 上有數以千萬計的 App 可供下載，檔案上傳到 iCloud Drive 後使用者可以將檔案在不同的 App 間編修及儲存。舉個例子：朋友從 Facebook 上傳了一張照片請你幫她美肌，你的電腦上可能沒有這種軟體但手機上有不少類似的 App，這時候就能把檔案上傳到 iCloud Drive 再用美肌 App 讀取照片進行修改，改完後就能把美美的照片回傳。
