台南地檢署偵辦港尾溝溪排水疏洪工程渠坍塌案，傳喚陳姓工地主任、陳姓監工、凌姓監造工程師等8人到案說明，陳姓工地主任坦承，以磨碎後的營建廢棄物，混充碎石級配填充於堤岸水防道路上，變成豆腐渣工程，檢方當庭逮捕聲押，最後法院裁定30萬交保。
