男子誤吞13公分長鈎　半年後才取出

中國廣西省23歲的小強(化名)，半年前意外吞下金屬異物後，一直沒有出現特別不適症狀，直到最近腹痛症狀明顯加重，於是到寧明縣人民醫院就診。經醫生檢查後證實腹內異物太大，無法取出，小強只得轉到自治區人民醫院求診。自治區人民醫院替小強進行電腦斷層掃描，顯示十二指腸球部上卡有一條長約13公分的L形金屬鈎， 醫生確診，這就是引起小強腹痛的源頭。

經過討論，決定通過內鏡取出異物。治療開始後，醫生利用圈套器套牢小強腹內的金屬異物，經食道緩緩將鐵鉤拉出。10分鐘後，一根長約13公分、短臂約3.4公分的L形金屬異物從小強腹中取出，他的腹痛症狀也立即消失，2小時後已可進食。

如此巨大的一根金屬異物，小強是怎麼吞進肚子裏的？是誤吞還是想「練功」？小強本人不願透露任何詳情。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
