林毅夫：2020年大陸成高收入經濟體

大陸全國工商聯副主席林毅夫今天在《法治中國：新常態新機遇新挑戰》會上發表演講時表示，未來五年、十年或更長時間，大陸保持每年7%到7.5%的增長是很可能的，延伸到2020年的時候，大陸將變成一個高經濟收入經濟體。

鳳凰財經報導，從2010年第一季開始，大陸經濟增長的速度節節下滑，今年第三季的經濟增長率只有7.3%，比過去長期的9.8%低了2.5個百分點。

對此，林毅夫以與中國大陸處於同樣發展階段的印度、巴西為例說明造成這樣的經濟下滑主要因素是外部原因，主要因素是週期性的問題。

他表示，在未來10年15年的時間裡，大陸的增長潛力還是有每年8%，實際增長情形可以達到7%至7.5%之間。中共十八大提出的到2020年的時候國內生產總值在2010年的基礎上翻倍，城鄉居民收入在2010年的基礎上翻倍成長，林毅夫說，這樣的增長目標完全有可能實現。
