標題[聘書] 台積後段封裝設備研替offer

近日收到通知，有錄取後段封裝的設備 因為對封裝沒有很熟悉，想問說，有沒有這單位的一些相關資訊 爬板過程好像聽說後段比較沒那麼操? 但主管當時是跟我說除了輪班，偶爾還需要輪調(台南新竹) 本身剛好是台南人所以不排斥輪調 輪調一次可能就一兩個月，不知道輪調還需不需要輪班，當時沒問到。 主管有說現在工時有在控管，所以正常班不會超過7點，基本上我信了 再來就是發展性了，鄉民常說"一日設備終身設備" 在未來升遷發展上，設備就會被貼標籤檢視，而受到限制？ 以上請各位大大開示，做為小弟一個參考依據 也可站內信給我，謝謝！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.195.12.173 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1419765272.A.A89.html ※ 編輯: iam688 (123.195.12.173), 12/28/2014 19:15:19
